場所は、岡山駅東口から徒歩だと１５〜２０分かな。路面電車の城下電停からは4~5分。
電停の北側にある美術館の裏手になります。
外観からして風情や格式なんかを感じるもので、部屋のしつらえ、接客も良かった。
１６０００円コースを食べました。
結果から言うと質は中の上で、ＣＰは悪る目かな。
先付けの車海老は滅多にお目にかかれないくらい甘みがあり素晴らしかった。アワビとタイラギ貝は旨味香りともにもう少しと感じました。
刺し身は、イサキ、キンメ、アオリイカで、醤油煮こごりが付いてきて、なかなか旨味が濃くて良かったけど、やはり刺し身自体の香りや旨味を感じたいので、生醤油のほうが好みでした。
蕎麦は細くて蕎麦の香りはほぼなく素麺のようでした。つゆは鰹節が良く香ってましたが甘め。
お椀、焼き物、ご飯も悪くないですが、特別驚きやキレを感じる部分は無かったです。
サービス料かからずでしたが、中瓶のビールが８３０円はやはり高いと思いました。
２６万円の日本酒が品書きにあり、驚愕しました。
