岡山に移り住んで以来レモンラーメンの存在は知っていたのですが 店名が太郎だと知ったのは最近でした
日曜の昼頃に着くと駐車場は満車
一周りして戻ったら1台分空いていて入ることができました
中華料理屋さんみたいな店内だけど 椅子はロッジ風でやや混沌としてる
お客さんは確かに多いけど 席の稼働率は半分ぐらい 駐車場は満車だからこのぐらいで満席と同義のようです
注文は勿論レモンラーメン
先にレモンの皮を出す器がきて暫くして着丼
高台丼に白濁スープ・ネギ・チャーシュー・もやし そして大量の薄切りレモンのトッピング
やはり実物はインパクトある
スープを飲んでみると さらりとしたとんこつスープに爽やかなレモンの風味
麺は白くストレートでやや柔らかめ
レモンをどかすと 脂身たっぷりの小ぶりチャーシューが8切れは入っており麺も量が多めでボリューム満点でした
これで値上がりしたとはいえ 800円はお得
ラーメンに酢は入れることはあるし レモンラーメンは特にエスニックが好きな人には すんなりと受け入れられる味だと思います
「カップヌードルシーフードに酢を入れた時のマリアージュほどではない」とのたまう主人 そこは同意でした
