人気のない新西大寺町商店街、誘蛾灯の様にとみ吉さんの電光看板に吸い寄せられました。7～8年ぶりの訪問、少し奥まった暖簾を潜るとかすかに獣臭が漂っています。
店内はカウンターメインの構成、入り口横には集合テーブルありますので8人程度の集団でも大丈夫ですね。
注文は「長浜ラーメン（550円）」、麺かたでお願いしました。待つこと7～8分で着丼、かなり強い獣臭が鼻腔を突き抜けます！。とんこつスープはかなりあっさりで塩味強め、とろみもなくサラサラ感が際立ちます。
麺は細麺ストレート、ちょっとゴワつくタイプでコシはしっかりあります。チャーシューはバラ肉仕様で小サイズが2枚、脂身少なくあっさりです。他の具材は白ごま・青ネギ・きくらげになります。
あっさりなのに獣臭が強いちょっと変わったとんこつスープ、ケダモノ好きなら是非^^;
