あっさりスープ

まことやのご主人がとみ吉の出ということで、初めて食べてみました。
お勧めで680円の定食をいただきました、これはお得です、
ただ、最近は軽めのお昼にしているので私にはこれでも満腹でした、
麺は堅めでいただきました、九州から入れてる麺だそうで、少し粉っぽい
ところがそれらしく感じます、スープは軽めの豚骨臭があり、あっさりと旨いです。
まことやもよく似た味のような気がしますが、あちらは豚と鶏のダブルスープだ
そうです。
今回はご飯とおかずもあってスープは完飲みしていませんが、ラーメンだけなら
飲み干せたと思うおいしいスープです、また食べてみたい味ですね。
