連休2日目、この日は別府方面へドライブ。ランチは前々から気になっていたラーメン店、一刀竜さんへ。
カウンター席は案内されメニューを一瞥。あっさり系とこってり系のラーメン、そして期間限定メニューもありましたが、ここはこってりいきましょう、屋台風に餃子5個と小ライスのAセットを注文。
5分ほどで完成。まずはラーメン、スープから。おお、どろっとしたこってり感、いいですね！どんどん飲んでしまいたくなるようなスープです。
麺は博多ラーメンのような細麺ストレート。特に麺の硬さは伝えてなかったのですが、ちょっと硬めの麺が個人的には好印象でした。
チャーシューは2枚、薄いかなあと思ったのですが食べると案外食べ応えあり。しっかり炙られていることがわかる焼き目がついているのもまたいいですね。
餃子は正直うーん…でした。
