大分駅前にできたお洒落な居酒屋さん。
店内は明るく、活気もあるのですが、
テーブル席は暖簾も掛けられ、「半個室」のようにして、
ゆったりと会話を楽しむことができます。
この日は友人との打ち合わせで利用しました。
【アサリと筍の酒蒸し】・・・
この日の付きだし。桜エビの香りもよく美味しく頂きました
【刺身盛り合わせ】・・・
鮪、鯛、鮭(海ます)、甲烏賊（身とゲソ）、蛸の５種盛り。
厚みは充分。数はもう少し欲しいかな・・・
【温野菜】・・・
卓上コンロで温めて頂く温野菜サラダ。
適度な味付けがされてて、これは美味しいな～
【明太イワシ】・・・
僕の大好物。もう少し大きめの脂が乗った鰯だったらもっとよかったな
【アスパラ肉巻】・・・
大きめのアスパラ。味付けはちょっと甘過ぎ
【山芋鉄板】・・・
マヨネーズとソースでお好み焼きみたい。
でも、これは好みの味でした。
【焼きラーメン】・・・
〆で頂きましたが、福岡の屋台の焼きラーメン風。
かなり美味しかったので、また次回も頼むでしょう。
立地がよいせいもあるのですが、
値段は少々高めです。
敷戸にできた『魚金水産』と同じと思って訪問しましたが、
メニューは別物でした。系列も違うんですねｗｗ
『魚鮮水産』は『さかなや道場』と同じチムニーグループ。
ちょっと高めですが、大人の空間って感じです。
