新潟のラーメンランキングで上位に載っていたので気になって行ってみました。
土日祝日は休み、と食べログにありますが、カレンダーをみる限り土曜日や営業しているようです（写真参照）
平日に行きましたが、ほぼ満席。人気店ですね。
ラーメンと喜び飯を注文。
どんぶりは厚めの特注だそうです。盛りつけ前にお湯で温めて提供されます。
夏には熱いですが、こだわりを感じます。
スープは、豚と煮干しがベースです。
出汁が効いていて、麺を啜ると香ばしい香りがします。
喜び飯（チャーシュー丼）は、わさびが添えられているのですが、
脂っぽさを感じたら一緒に食べるとちょうどよく合います。
またラーメンのスープを入れるとお茶漬けの様に頂けます。これも美味しいです。
