ルシールは、新潟産コシヒカリから精製された米粉を使った洋菓子を製造・販売。
ブランデーケーキ（チョコ）は、「新潟産コシヒカリ使用」となっている。ブランデーを染み込ませたチョコレートケーキ。ココアの味がしっかりとしている。
ブランデーケーキ（クリーム）も、「新潟産コシヒカリ使用」となっている。ブランデーを染み込ませたスポンジケーキ。
いずれも、何の前触れもなく出したら「湿ったケーキ？」と思われそう。
それなりの大きさがある。
