新潟県へ遠征
2019年3月に完成した世界最大級の米糀工場「魚沼醸造」では、工場見学とカフェが併設されています。
今回はカフェ目当てで訪問です。
カフェでは、工場直送のここでしか味わうことのできない限定メニュー「糀甘酒」「糀甘酒ソフトクリーム」があります。
っということで注文しましたのは…
◆工場直送 糀甘酒（M）170円
◆ 糀甘酒ソフトクリーム（カップ）470円
◆シフォンケーキセット550円
◆アップルパイ400円
・工場直送 糀甘酒
濃い！
ビックリするくらい味が濃いです笑
氷が溶けると飲み易くなります。
・糀甘酒ソフトクリーム
面白い味です。
想像していた以上にしっかり甘酒の味があります。
しかし、嫌な甘みではないのでペロリです。
・シフォンケーキ
糀甘酒ソフトクリームが添えられており、ふわふわシフォンケーキと食べるととても美味しい。
・アップルパイ
糀甘酒で煮込んだりんごが使用きているため、優しい甘さです。
こちらも糀甘酒ソフトクリームが添えられており、温かいアップルパイと相性良し。
次回は是非、工事見学をしてみたいですね。
