長岡市の【あさひ山】へ。
まずは板前みつくろい盛り合わせ。
これは鯛かな。
角が立った新鮮な身で、ならではの甘味が堪能できます。
これに合わせるのは、朝日山千寿。
この日は雪が降っていて寒かったので、燗で。
ふくよかな旨味をより感じられます。
次は栃尾 常太の油揚げ焼きを。
外はパリッと香ばしく、中はふっくら。
お酒が進みます。
次はだし巻き玉子焼き。
和食の手仕事を感じるならこれでしょう！
鰹の出汁が効いていて、甘くないので酒のアテにもぴったり！
2杯目は久保田萬寿を。
ワイングラスで供されます。
キリッと淡麗辛口ながら、芳醇な香りと繊細な風味が味わえます。
越後もち豚ロース越後漬焼き。
メインディッシュはこれ！
塩麴味噌（だったかな？）に漬け込まれた肉に、神楽南蛮（新潟県の土着品種の唐辛子）の麹和えを合わせて。
辛い物好きな私には嬉しい。
正に辛旨～！
デザートには、酒粕あいすくりーむ。
黒みつ大納言入りです。
黒みつのほろ苦さが甘味を引き締め、甘すぎないところが良いです。
今回は午後2時以降の夜のメニューをいただきました。
新潟県の海の幸と郷土料理を手軽に楽しめる、いい店です。
