ラーメン店だけで評価するなら
かなり美味しい方だと思います。
塩、醤油ともにスープの匂いが気になりました。
接客は高評価
です。
ラーメン店にしては落ち着いて食べられる雰囲気もよかったです。
化学調味料漬けの喉の渇くタイプが嫌なため
ラーメンは普段あまり食べません。
唇に少し獣臭さは残りますが
喉のかわきやしばらくしても残る化調の味はなく良かったと思います。
美味しいでしたが
またしばらくラーメンは食べなくていいかな
