こんばんは亀治です。新潟県新潟市秋葉区にある、ビッテと言うお店に行ってきました。
このお店はケーキ屋さんです。
生菓子以外に焼菓子なども販売されています。
生菓子はパウンドケーキやシュークリーム、チーズケーキ、ショートケーキ等があります。
今回は夏みかんとホワイトチョコのパウンドケーキを購入しました。
パウンドケーキにホワイトチョコがかかったものです。
生地には夏ミカンが入っていました。
さっぱりとした味で特に夏ミカンがいいアクセントになっていました。
甘さ控え目でホワイトチョコも思った程甘くなく美味しかったです。
店内は撮影禁止なので撮影できなかったのですが、とてもお洒落なお店です。
