九条葱たっぷりのったラーメンがいただけると聞き初来店です。
カウンター席に着席し、スタッフさんに京都ネギバカ醤油らーめんをオーダーです。
京都駅近く、よくお世話になっているラーメン屋さんでは注文時、「ネギ増し」をお願いしています。九条葱はラーメンにベストマッチですね。
数分で着丼、ワクワクです。
期待通りのビジュアルです。
まずはスープを一口。
油が浮いていますが、しつこくなくあっさりです。
少し味が濃い目ですが美味しいです。
次はネギと一緒に一口。
スープの美味さと合わさってネギのシャキシャキ感がまたいいです。
麺はストレート細麺、少し硬めの茹で加減。
とろけるチャーシューとさっぱり味付けのメンマはネギの下に隠れています。
煮玉子いいですね、美味しいです。
これでもかというくらいネギがのっています。
インパクトバツグンの一杯です。
