春爛漫、汗ばむ陽気に桜も舞い散る。朝早く車を走らせ、秘境みたらい渓谷へ、ひんやりとして空気が美味しい、水は透き通りエメラルド、ここはまだ山桜も蕾。渓谷を散策した後は、洞川温泉の大峰山龍泉寺をお参りし、いにしえの役行者を想う。
お昼は、役行者が名付けた名水「ごろごろ水」で打った冷たい蕎麦を頂くことに。こちらはまだお昼前と言うのに既に満席という盛況ぶり。４番目ということで待つことに、待つこと半時で、カウンター席に通して頂く。お願いしたのは、名水とうふセット（1450円）、こちらは後払いのシステム。
間もなくして、名水とうふセットがやって来た。笊に乗った蕎麦、蕎麦猪口と薬味、豆腐、柿の葉寿司が２貫、小鉢はきんぴら、お漬物ははりはり漬け。
お蕎麦は、二八、ホシはほとんど無く、２番粉か３番粉で打っている。風味は薄目、麺は中細、エッジは立っていて綺麗、水切りは十分。一口頂くと、ツルっとしてのど越しが良い、コシはほどほど。辛汁は出汁も効いているが、返しも強く、本返し、薬味はねぎと山葵のみ。蕎麦を辛汁に浸して美味しく頂く。
柿の葉寿司は小ぶりで柿の葉に包まれた鯖の押し寿司、隣の柳豊さんのお寿司だろうか、塩がしっかり効いている、鯖は燻製のような味わいで寿司飯とよく合っていて、とても美味しい。柿の葉の風味や手触りも心地よい。
名水豆腐は生姜とねぎに少し醤油を垂らし頂く。木綿豆腐だと思うが、とても柔らかい、崩れるよう、味わいも濃厚で口の中で蕩けるよう、これはとても美味しい、ごろごろ水の美味しさがそのまま豆腐に生きている、これは頂く価値がある逸品。
名水ごろごろ水に育まれた蕎麦、柿の葉寿司、豆腐どれもとても美味しかった、あっという間に頂き、お腹もいっぱいに、ご馳走様。この後は、洞川温泉の湯に浸かって日頃の疲れを癒してから帰ろう。
