Turn left at Sanjo-dori Street at the end of the street, then immediately turn right and you will find the arcade called Mochidono Center-gai. Alternatively, head east at JR Nara Station Crossing, located northeast of the East Exit of JR Nara Station, and walk straight east on Sanjo-dori Street for 900m (about 11 minutes), and you will find the arcade called Mochidono Center-gai on your right. ほうれん草・トマト主体のヘルシーカレーでありつつスパイスは本格的
家庭カレーとはほど遠い専門店ならではの味わい(良い意味)
甘過ぎずコク深いのが好感
めっちゃスパイシーだが辛さはほとんど無し
あと、サラサラ
麺は約1.5mm☐断面のストレート注細麺
パツンと歯切れよい食感
カレー＆スープとの親和性高くよく考えられた感じ
具材はキクラゲ、生玉ねぎ、温泉卵、海苔、チキン屑
チキンはぷよぷよの寒天ぽいトロトロな肉片が散らばった感じ
これがランダムに麺に絡み絶妙なアクセント、これ堪らん❣
温泉卵は盤石のまったり味変を演出
海苔がまた意外過ぎるほど合ってる
卓上には、ホットパウダーなるスパイス粉と、ナッツオイルがあり、それぞれ鮮烈な味変発現✨
特にナッツ良い♪
