I stayed for 2 nights to see Nagasaki Kunchi. I searched on gourmet sites, but every restaurant I was looking for was fully booked. So, this place was empty, so I made a reservation (sorry). I wrote "I would like live squid" in the request column for the restaurant, but two hours after making the reservation, the restaurant contacted me and said, "Due to the weather, it is difficult to receive the squid. Is it okay if I continue to accept the reservation?" Ta. There is nothing we can do if we don't have it. I was so happy to receive the call that I didn't cancel and the day arrived. It was a very pleasant response. Reservation for 5 people at 17:00. Arrived at 16:40. I wandered around until the time came and arrived in front of the store 5 minutes before my reservation. I made eye contact with the clerk, but I ignored him. Even at 17:00, the outside signboard is not on. After 5 minutes, my companion entered the store...I was asked to wait a little longer, and went outside again. After 15 minutes, I started feeling numb (lol) and said, ``I'm tired, so I'd like to be shown to a seat.'' Finally, I went inside. What does reservation mean? ? ? I was guided to the second floor and went to a tatami room. I ordered a tablet, but it took a long time from ordering to delivery. Today's fish tank is for the staff! When I asked about it, I was told that it was only made with horse mackerel (...;) I checked to see if there was any live squid. ``Today's squid is all sold out by reservation'' (crying) Later, I asked, ``I can prepare just one'' (lol) Live squid (apparently 350g) 5,000 yen Striped horse mackerel (half body) 3,828 yen Other than that, Regular Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu and nigiri Sushi etc. The bill was 23,771 yen. My body was tired from the end of Kunchi, but the meal made me even more tired. On the way, when I went outside the store, there was quite a wait. There's a tatami room available on the second floor... The operation was too bad. I was able to answer the phone and finally eat the squid, so I gave this score... but it was disappointing.
