蕎麦遠征２日目。１軒目。
おお西さんに伺いました。
どこに行こうかあまり考えていなくて、結構いきあたりばったりのお店選び。
でも、お店に入って思い出しました。
おお西流のそば。以前、のれん分け？されたのかわかりませんが、おお西流の蕎麦を食べた。
そして、思い出しました。
発芽そば！
更科も気になりましたが、発芽そば１６５０円をいただきました。

ひと口いただくと、思い出しました。おお西流の発芽そば。
最初、ちょっとかため。
平たい蕎麦ですが、ごつごつとした感覚。
そして、かむと蕎麦の甘みが感じられる。
おいしい！
蕎麦の風味もいい感じでした。
あっという間に食べてしまいました。
ただ、ここのお蕎麦は、１６５０円。
蕎麦としてはとっても高め。
なかなか気軽に食べられるお蕎麦ではないですね。
