Our tonkatsu is made with Akagi Pork from Gunma Prefecture. We coat it in crispy fresh breadcrumbs and fry it to perfection using pure lard and domestically sourced rice oil, bringing out the natural flavors of the pork. Be sure to enjoy it with our rich and flavorful "tonjiru" (pork miso soup). We use top-grade Koshihikari rice from Nagano Prefecture and Shinshu miso for an authentic taste. Don't miss our homemade "Aotogarashi Miso Dressing" made with green chili peppers and miso, which is a standout flavor!

In addition to Tonkatsu, we offer a variety of dishes like Dashimaki Tamago (Japanese rolled omelet), Tender Octopus, Ground Meat with Green Peppers and Salted Seaweed, and Kakuni (braised pork belly). We also have a wide selection of drinks that pair perfectly with our dishes, including beer, sours, whiskey, and shochu, so you can enjoy a range of flavors with your meal.
