We strive to create dishes that go beyond the senses and touch the heart, working together as a couple every day.Born in 1985, from Saku City, Nagano Prefecture.- After graduating from high school, I ...moved to Tokyo and completed culinary school.
- I trained for about 11 years at "Shunbo" in Grand Hyatt Tokyo, Roppongi.
- I then worked as the head chef at "Azabu Hannari" in Nishiazabu for about 4 years, gaining experience in soba dining and Asian cuisine.
- In 2023, I returned to my hometown, Saku City.
- In March 2025, I renovated my family's fish shop and opened "Kappo Rokkann."
