On the second night in Sakudaira, I visited this restaurant.
Even though Nagano is a landlocked prefecture, they serve thick slices of fresh sashimi.
Recently, many restaurants have started using touch panels or QR code scanning for ordering.
This place has a decent number of counter seats, making it comfortable for solo diners.
It was a great meal.
