I discovered a delicious ramen shop during my trip to Karuizawa.
It is located inside the Church Street Karuizawa mall on Ginza Street in Karuizawa.
It just opened this month (July 2024).
I ordered the Shoyu Ramen, while my partner chose the Sio Ramen.
The broth, based on duck stock, was elegant and superb, and the wheat noodles matched the soup perfectly.
There were also spices for flavor adjustments, allowing us to enjoy the meal until the very last bite.
I am definitely planning to return.
