This shop near Saku Interchange feels more like a gyoza factory with a small counter of just 7 seats. The standout feature here is definitely the morning hours from 07:00 to 09:00, offering breakfast ramen that is light in flavor.
I ordered the Hand-pulled Mondo Chinese Soba for JPY 790 and Healthy Gyoza (without garlic) for JPY 400. Interestingly, there weren't many customers during breakfast hours, so I was able to enjoy my meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
Starting with the ramen, the clear soy sauce-based broth is very light, making it perfect for breakfast and also easy to digest after a night out. The toppings include pork belly chashu, menma, and thick slices of green onions, all of which provide a simple yet satisfying experience. The texture of the green onions adds a nice accent, making it easy on the stomach even in the morning.
The gyoza comes with 6 small pieces; they are juicy but the skin is a bit thin, which may leave you wanting a bit more texture.
This place makes me think that having their morning ramen once a week would be a great idea.
