I found this café while looking for a place to take a break at Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza. It's located next to the workation space, and you don’t need to be a member to use it.
Since I was a bit hungry, I ordered some grilled rice cakes for a snack. There are only four counter seats, but it's enough for a short rest.
