I decided to try Yakiniku Futago, known for its premium offerings, to see how it differs from the Futago I usually visit.
In conclusion, everything was different.
The prices for the meat are high, but they are focused on quality, offering many delicious and high-grade options.

Not at all! There are plenty of places where the food is expensive and not tasty. A place that is both expensive and delicious is truly remarkable.
The premium cuts of tongue and outside skirt are limited in quantity, so I highly recommend reserving them when you make a booking.
I only managed to try the tongue, but my satisfaction was very high. I also tasted a slightly lower grade of outside skirt, and it was incredibly delicious, so I can only imagine how much better the premium cut would be.
This is a great spot for when you want to enjoy expensive and delicious Yakiniku in the Karuizawa area!
