I made a reservation for 6 PM on Friday and visited the restaurant with a senior colleague.
Upon entering, we were shown to our table and started with a draft beer to toast.
We ordered the omakase sashimi platter and fried horse mackerel, enjoying the fresh sashimi and crispy fried fish.
After that, we switched to shochu and ordered sea cucumber with vinegar, kinpira burdock, and morokyu (cucumber with miso).
Everything was meticulously prepared and truly delicious.
