This is a record of my visit to THE HIRAMATSU Karuizawa during my trip.
The accommodation is nestled deep in the forest, providing a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature, far from the city.
For dinner, you can choose between French and Italian cuisine.
The French restaurant is located in the basement, while the Italian restaurant is on the upper floors.
This time, I opted for the Italian option.
The ambiance was stylish, illuminated by candlelight.
Everything was authentic and exceeded my expectations in terms of taste.
I will definitely visit again!
