I was extremely satisfied with the French course meal. Since it’s an auberge, I stayed for two nights and enjoyed one French course dinner and two breakfasts at the on-site restaurant. Each dish had a unique twist, and I was amazed by the flavors that exceeded the classics.
While the Hiramatsu in Ginoza, Okinawa was also wonderful, the Miyota-Karuizawa location is more accessible from the metropolitan area, making it a popular choice for guests from Tokyo.
