I expected to see local vegetables unique to Karuizawa, but that wasn't the case.
It was labeled as Shinshu vegetables, but what was served were just broccoli and cherry tomatoes.
Since this is a Spanish restaurant, I would have liked to see more Spanish ingredients featured, but it left me with a rather half-hearted impression.
