This is the second location in Japan of a Spanish restaurant endorsed by the Spanish royal family.
With its modern interior and spacious atmosphere, it feels like a charming getaway abroad.
Since I can't travel overseas right now, I'm excited to enjoy this ambiance!
Planning to have a hearty dinner, I opted for the lightest lunch course.
I shared the famous fluffy Spanish omelette topped with meringue and pasta paella with my companion.
I had tried pasta paella before, but this version uses two types of pasta, offering a fun contrast of crispy and chewy textures.
It pairs wonderfully with cava.
The presentation of the dishes was stylish, and our first meal on the Karuizawa trip turned out to be a delightful lunch.
The staff were kind and made us feel very comfortable.
