Duck served with duck offal sauce and duck confit. You can enjoy the essence of duck, and the roasted duck meat was perfectly crispy and flavorful.

Meringue, Mont Blanc cream, panna cotta, and marron glacé. The meringue topped with abundant Mont Blanc cream was heavenly. The layers below were rich, making it a treat for Mont Blanc lovers.

I chose the American style. It was easy to drink and enjoyed it with mini desserts.

【Feedback】
I focused on a non-alcoholic dining experience. Perhaps due to the restaurant's consideration, the speed of the meal service was quick, which was great since I was quite hungry.
I would love to visit again to experience this course that captures the charm of Karuizawa in a different season.
The butter served with the bread was Calpis Butter, which is one of my favorites, so it made me very excited.
