Before boarding the Shinkansen, I bought some pirozhki and apple pirozhki from Sawa Ya at a shop slightly away from the ticket gate. The outside was crispy yet lightly oily, and the filling had a delightful chunky texture that was very tasty. I also enjoyed the apple pirozhki as a dessert; it was reminiscent of an apple pie, which was quite interesting.
