I received this as a gift for a celebration.
From a customer in Karuizawa!
Living in Osaka, I feel so disconnected from Karuizawa, so I'm really happy to have any connection to it.
The Shinshu Shirakaba salami paired with Shinshu wine (today it was Wanko Syrah) was absolutely delicious!
This salami is also a huge hit with kids—it's incredibly tasty!
Additionally, the mustard that comes with this set is fantastic. When you dip the sausages in it, it makes for the perfect beer snack!
The dry-cured bacon was so good that it sold out quickly.
It's sad that if the kids love it, the adults can't eat much of it! Haha.
Well, the photo quality is as usual, but trust me, it was delicious!
