I've been frequently visiting this hotel and restaurant when staying in Karuizawa recently.
Everything, from the amuse-bouche to dessert, has been delicious every time.
I've been coming here for about 4.5 years now, and I feel that they have started to incorporate elements of Italian cuisine into their dishes lately.

On the last day of my trip, I appreciated that I was served a different dish each day without repetition.
The most memorable dish today was a fusion of ochazuke (rice in tea) and roast beef.
It was a delicious and refreshing experience.
