I've been frequently visiting this hotel and restaurant when staying in Karuizawa recently.
Everything, from the amuse-bouche to dessert, has been delicious every time.
I've been coming here for about 4.5 years now, and I feel that they have started to incorporate elements of Italian cuisine into their dishes lately.
Furthermore, the lamb is particularly outstanding. While all the dishes are of high quality, the lamb definitely ranks among the best.
On this day, the highlight was definitely the main dish, the "Lamb." On certain days, you can choose the main meat, and I remember ordering separately from my companion.
It's great that we can compare different dishes.
(I seem to have forgotten to take a photo of the dessert.
I'll update it once I find it.)
Every dish is beautifully plated and delicious. You can also get refills on the bread, but I always end up overeating because I can’t resist dipping it in the sauces while enjoying my meal. Depending on the day, you might even have options for the meat, so you can indulge in a different experience every day, even during a prolonged stay.
I often enjoy full-course meals at this hotel in Karuizawa, and I am always impressed by the variety they offer.
I particularly remember the salmon being delicious during this visit.
The selection of vegetables was abundant, and the portion size was satisfying.
The course is characterized by a menu that rarely overlaps even if you stay multiple nights, allowing you to enjoy seasonal flavors.
The restaurant itself has a calm atmosphere and a sense of elegance.
I was particularly impressed with the main meat dish, which was exceptionally delicious.
I believe the fresh and tasty vegetables and meat from Shinshu are truly unique and hard to find elsewhere.
Continuing from my last visit, I have another review of a delightful French restaurant in Karuizawa.
Personally, I appreciate the quick service of their dishes.
During this visit, the fish dish made with saffron rice was absolutely delicious.
I can't seem to find the photos of the desserts, but I can confidently say that everything, including the desserts, was delicious.
At a quiet hotel restaurant located in the highland area of Karuizawa, I enjoy high-quality dishes every time. On this occasion, I was particularly impressed by the delicious salmon. (Please note this visit was some time ago, so the information may be slightly outdated, but I wanted to share it for reference.)

On the last day of my trip, I appreciated that I was served a different dish each day without repetition.
The most memorable dish today was a fusion of ochazuke (rice in tea) and roast beef.
It was a delicious and refreshing experience.
The dessert was (likely) a type I had never encountered before, which made it enjoyable from that perspective as well.
I’m considering returning here the next time I visit Karuizawa.
