This French restaurant is located in a newly opened hotel.
Having heard that it is run by a Michelin-starred chef, my friend and I promised each other we would visit at least once, and we finally made that dream come true.
I was a bit nervous, thinking it might be a high-end place, but the kind staff made me feel at ease and allowed me to truly enjoy the meal.
I had the JPY 12,000 dinner course, and everything was delicious—truly Michelin quality! The fresh vegetables served as appetizers brought out the natural flavors beautifully. As a vegetable lover, I couldn't get enough.
Most notably, the pan-seared beef fillet was incredibly tender and so good it made my taste buds dance.
The portion sizes were just right, and the ambiance was exceptional.
