Located in the Hattchi Market of Karuizawa, Shiro Hotaru Kitchen specializes in tofu-based products.
This shop is run by a tofu maker, and I tried their premium strawberry drink.
I guess it’s best described as a tofu smoothie juice!
It’s an incredibly tofu-flavored beverage, which is quite impressive in its own way.
I’m literally drinking tofu!!
And it’s not soy milk!
The taste sensation was amazing!
What a fascinating place!
