We offer organic vegetables from Azumino Inoue Farm, local chicken "Sanada Maru," Dabo's Yorkshire pork, Shinshu wagyu beef, and rice from Nagano's special Milky Queen cultivation. Fresh fish is delivered directly from Toyosu Market and local fishing ports. |
On this day, I stopped by the Karuizawa Outlet and visited this restaurant for dinner.
I didn't make a reservation for a course, so I ordered several a la carte dishes along with the beef tendon udon to finish off the meal.
Everything was delicious, but the tempura of sweetfish was particularly impressive, being crispy and fluffy.
The staff were friendly and attentive, making for a satisfying dining experience.
I look forward to visiting again the next time I'm in Karuizawa.
