I visited Karuizawa with my partner for my birthday, and we stopped by this place for lunch on our shopping day at the outlet.
The outlet is located on the opposite side of the station.

I ordered the Bejibie Burger Sand (JPY 2,250) and the Homemade Roasted Venison Sand (JPY 2,250), along with a glass of wine.
The Burger Sand was a meat lover's delight, allowing us to truly savor the venison!
The Roasted Venison Sand had a refreshing vegetable flavor to it!
I enjoyed the former, while my partner preferred the latter. Nothing beats the happiness of munching on venison amidst the mountains (even if it’s in front of the station)! The sandwich was quite thick, making it a messy affair, but that’s what I love about it, so I didn't mind continuing to eat.
We indulged in glass wines during lunch, enjoying a feeling of noble luxury as if we owned a vacation home.
The interior was chic and lovely. I wonder if it turns into a bar at night? The counter also had a stylish vibe to it.

However, it’s sad to hear that this place is closing down... I was so pleased to have found one of my favorite spots in Karuizawa, but it seems like a new restaurant will be opening in Komoro City soon, so I definitely plan to stop by the next time I come to Karuizawa!
