This izakaya is located near the Shiozawa intersection on the Karuizawa Bypass!
I have to say, it's my favorite izakaya I've visited in Karuizawa so far!
The reason is that the food is delicious, and the alcohol selection is quite impressive!
It's rare to find such a well-stocked drink menu in Karuizawa!
This time, I began my visit with a craving for Jingisukan (grilled lamb) while in Karuizawa!
It was a plan sparked by my own preferences, haha.
The Jingisukan here is exceptional!
The fresh lamb is delicious, and you can enjoy it simply with salt!
There's no unpleasant smell at all!
It's really a versatile place,
with a variety of offerings including yakitori, hot pot, beef skewers, grilled chicken, and basashi (raw horse meat)—a great selection!
The fresh lamb was amazing, and the freshly prepared liver was particularly tasty!
I considered trying their limited liver dish, but it seems like it comes in a large portion, so I passed this time...
This place tends to be quite busy, so it’s often hard to get a seat!
I recommend making a reservation!

I can definitely see myself coming back here!
