In July 2025, I traveled to Karuizawa.
I visited "Binmugi" located in the food court of Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza.
This restaurant specializes in "Te-no-be Udon," a famous product from Bichu (Okayama Prefecture).
【What I ordered】
Large Shrimp Tempura Udon (Cold) with one shrimp tempura - JPY 980
The food court was extremely crowded on a Sunday afternoon!
Since I have small children, I chose the food court, but finding a seat was quite challenging!
Although this place specializes in Bichu products, the udon is particularly popular with kids, so the line was longer than usual.
We decided to order udon as I wanted to share it with my children.
I appreciated that they provided separate plates for sharing.
The handmade udon was delicious!
