I first heard about this nice bar from Yasui at the now-closed Yu-an, and that’s how I came here.
Now, I often stop by, whether I’m solo or with a few friends.
The atmosphere of the bar is perfect for enjoying a quiet drink, so for larger gatherings, I tend to go to the bar at the Manpei Hotel.
Delicious mojitos! They’re perfect for summer! It’s getting hot in Karuizawa lately too!
The bar opens at 3 PM, making it easy to drop by after lunch, which is quite convenient.
Recently, I ordered a Bloody Mary, and it was spicy—just how I like it.
