Although it may seem a bit far to travel from Karuizawa, I believe it's worth the trip.
You can enjoy shopping for everything from high-quality meats to German-style sausages.
Even my celebrity friend who lives in Karuizawa recommended this store over the butcher shop in Nakakaruizawa.
The Fleischkäse here is made with pork, and contains no beef.
Additionally, no powdered milk or starch is used in any of the ham or sausage products.
