During my stay at Tsuruya Ryokan for a ski trip in Karuizawa, I enjoyed a full-course Japanese dinner featuring exquisite dishes such as fugu sashimi, clear soup, salad, and hot pot—all of which were elegant and delicious! It brought back memories of the good old days of Showa-era Japan, and I truly savored the ryokan's meals. I hope such long-established places continue to thrive for many years to come.
