Due to the poor connection between buses and trains, I had to kill some time from 12:50, including lunch. I finally visited Koji, a place I had wanted to try for a while. They have a waiting list system, and the waiting area was spacious, allowing me to sit comfortably. They turned away two groups after me, so I was glad I got in. Since it was my first time, I ordered the recommended Atterimen Shoyu (soy sauce ramen). The medium straight noodles were delicious. The broth, true to the restaurant's name, had a perfect balance of light and rich flavors, just right for when you crave something like this. It was seasoned well, accompanied by thick chashu (braised pork), two halves of a boiled egg, and even nori (seaweed), all for JPY 980. I was very satisfied. Oh, and I forgot to mention the burdock root! There are many different menu items, so I plan to come back for dinner next time, including drinks. I'll definitely be back!
