I finally made it to Mahoroba in Miyota, Saku! ☆
I've been curious about this place for a long time every time I passed by on this street.
The area has changed quite a bit recently, making it feel refreshing.
It's a Western-style restaurant owned by an individual!
And here we go! I ordered the curry cheese hamburger, which I’ve always been interested in ☆
Oh wow! It's so tender!
The curry sauce has that classic Western-style flavor with a bit of a demi-glace base!
It's truly delicious!
I've become a huge fan! ☆
Next time, I'm thinking of trying the mixed grill with demi-glace sauce that I was really hesitant about.
It’s quite a unique menu item, but as for me, I definitely want to enjoy the demi-glace at a Western restaurant!
The curry sauce must also take a bit of effort to prepare, so you don’t see it very often.
Also, while it may vary by region, I'm really pleased with the reasonably priced menu!
The location is easy to spot since it’s along the street, but it looks a bit like a private house at first glance, so don't miss it! ☆
There's a private yakiniku restaurant and a FamilyMart nearby as landmarks.
