After a fun day exploring the hotel, enjoying drinks in my room, and finally visiting the bar, I ended my day with breakfast.
I usually have three meals a day, but breakfast tends to be simple, so I really cherish the special feeling of a travel breakfast. ✨
I was seated by the window in the large hall on the first floor, and it was nice to wake up my sleepy head with the sunlight. ☀️
The illustration-adorned seat at Manpei Hotel was also cute.
The breakfast consisted of a simple yet delightful Western-style meal with salad, an assortment of bread, and eggs.
(There were so many toppings like marmalade, blueberries, and butter that it was fun, but there were too many to finish the bread...)
I could choose my drink and eggs.
I opted for an omelet, which I never make at home, and it was beautifully shaped.
When I cut into it, the inside was perfectly soft—not too runny, which I dislike—so I was very satisfied with the texture.
The lily of the valley plate used for serving was available at souvenir shops, so it might be a nice find for those who enjoy cooking at home. ☺️
Overall, there were many older guests, and I thought I would love to come back even as an adult. ❣️ (I felt this way in the morning, so perhaps younger people often just visit the café terrace.)
