I traveled to Karuizawa for a business trip.
Even though we are experiencing lingering summer heat, it’s a pleasant warmth without humidity.
Before my appointment, I decided to have lunch.
I noticed Karuizawa Garden while driving, with no prior information about it.
It seems like soba is the main dish here.
The building has a quaint, traditional atmosphere.
Among various options, I ordered the zaru soba.
After a short wait, it arrived!
The soba dipping sauce was mild, while the noodles had a smooth texture.
