Food corner at ski resort |
This place is located at Saku Ski Garden Kita Parada.
We started skiing right at 9 AM when the resort opened, taking a break for beer at around noon for lunch.
While there is a large cafeteria at Kita Parada, I was in the mood for something different, so I chose this spot!

It's been years since I last visited this restaurant, but I remember it well.
Margherita
This is authentic pizza baked in a large pizza oven.
Though the toppings are minimal, the cheese is plentiful, and the thin crust is nice and crispy.
It's an excellent pizza to enjoy while skiing.
Black Parfait
It comes with melted chocolate on top, beautifully set when served.
This parfait shows attention to detail for a ski resort treat — instead of cornflakes at the bottom, it has granola!
The draft beer is delicious!
It's a pity that I can't drink it with pizza due to driving restrictions, but enjoying a beer in the morning is certainly a treat!
