A pizza place at the ski resort.
I imagined thick-crust pizzas typical of leisure facilities, but it was the complete opposite: a delicious Margherita with a thin, crispy crust baked in the oven.
With this type of crust, the toppings feel luxurious as they fill your mouth.
This pizza is one I would prefer to enjoy in the evening with a drink rather than at lunch.
It was truly the first dish I've wanted to have again at a ski resort.
It was a great meal.
