This is a Chinese restaurant located within the Karuizawa Prince Hotel West.
The space is spacious and designed for relaxation.

As it's a hotel, the service is impeccable. Since we used a private room this time, everything from ordering to the timing of dishes being served was perfect thanks to the room staff.
We chose the "Imperial" course, and while the shark fin, abalone, and tenderloin were delicious as expected, the real highlight was the fried rice at the end.
The portions were quite generous, and everyone hesitated at first, thinking we might not finish the fried rice, but we all polished it off completely!
The steamed black cod paired exceptionally well with the soup—a true delicacy.
Overall, it was an outstanding experience, but if I had to mention one thing, it would be the limited variety of Chinese teas. I ordered hot oolong tea, but it would have been nice to have several options, such as Jin Jun Mei or others. (If those options were available, my apologies for not noticing.)
