To reach Kouraku, head up the slope in Old Karuizawa, turn left at the shopping street, and continue straight ahead—it's on the left side (・∀・)

Upon entering the restaurant, you’ll find the restroom at the front and the kitchen at the back (°▽°).
There's a counter in front of the kitchen, with table seating on the right and tatami seating on the left across the aisle.
Today’s order included:

◯ Spicy Kalbi Soup (JPY 680)
- The spicy kalbi soup was hearty, packed with chunks of meat and very filling✨. It kept me warm on this cold day! (*≧∀≦*)
◯ Salted Tongue (JPY 1,500)
- It came seasoned with green onions, and when grilled and dipped in lemon juice, it was absolutely delicious! (((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))
◯ Outside Skirt (JPY 980)
- This was marinated in sauce☆
It was tender and extremely tasty, easily enjoyed on its own (((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))
◯ Wagyu Kalbi (JPY 1,200)
- This was premium Shinshu beef (o^^o).
The kalbi was also marinated and incredibly tender, making it delightful to eat as is (((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))
◯ Karuizawa's Legendary Mikasa Hotel Curry (JPY 1,200)
- This curry is based on the recipe from Mikasa Hotel, enhanced with Kouraku's unique essence.
It arrived sizzling in a stone bowl✨.
This was truly delicious (((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))—the mild seasoning is addictive!
